What to Include
Please fill out all of the required information, marked with an asterisk (*), including:
- Your Contact Information
- The Customer’s Information
- The Inspection Address
- The Municipality where the property is located
- And a Description of the Work to be inspected
Description of the Work
In the Description of Work section of the form, please include the following:
- A Brief Summary of the Electrical Work (e.g., panel upgrade to 150 amps, kitchen remodel, new above ground pool installation, etc.)
- Your Preferred Inspection Date or the Date you will be Ready for the inspection
- The Building Permit Number (if applicable)
- Any Additional Notes that may assist with scheduling or preparation
